The Short Version
We value your privacy here at Flowpad. Therefore, personally identifying information collected during the registration process, such as your name, address, email, and phone number will never be shared, sold, or rented to third-parties if you opt-out. Judges and timers who register using Flowpad are automatically opted out, and their information will never be redistributed. We also specifically approve each company or organization that we share information with, allowing only those related to home-schooling and/or speech and debate, and who meet our requirements for advertisers.

Personal information and other data we collect
- Flowpad collects personal information, such as your name, address, email, and phone number when you utilize our services.
- Flowpad uses cookies and other technologies for identification purposes while using our services.
How we use your information
- We may use the information collected to provide the services you've requested, including making it available to tournament administrators and the NCFCA (National Christian Forensics and Communications Association), whose use of the information is governed by their own policies, not this one.
- We may also use the information for support, research, and analysis purposes.
- We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information to third-parties if you opt-out, and only with specifically approved organizations related to home-schooling and/or speech and debate who meet our requirements for advertisers. Judges and timers who register using Flowpad are automatically opted out, and their information will never be redistributed.
- We may share or publish aggregated non-personal information for research and analysis.
- We may allow tournament administrators to send email to you via Flowpad
Requirements for advertisers
All companies or organizations which Flowpad shares personal information with must meet all of the following requirements:
- They may not share, sell, or redistribute your information in any way.
- They must provide a simple and permanent method for unsubscribing.
- They must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's CAN-SPAM requirements.
